Privacy Notice

The short version

We collect only what we need to operate and secure this site, provide the invite-only Product collaboration area, and respond to messages. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers on longplayworks.com.

Information we handle

If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. Cloudflare also processes limited technical information to host and protect the site and to screen contact-form submissions with Turnstile.

Contact-form messages go to a company inbox that we monitor. We do not store a separate copy in a database. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the form.

If you are invited to Product collaboration, we store your approved email address, display name, sign-in and security records, private drafts, and submitted product feedback. Feedback may include the role, facility, examples, and other context you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use information to:

• respond to your message;
• authenticate approved product collaborators;
• save drafts and present submitted product feedback;
• operate, secure, and improve the site;
• prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; and
• comply with law and protect our rights.

When information is shared

We share information with service providers that host and protect the site or deliver email. We may also share information when required by law, to protect safety or rights, or as part of a business transaction. Providers such as Cloudflare handle information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Draft feedback is visible only to its author and authorized Long Play Works operators. After you submit feedback, other approved collaborators on that product can see it after they submit their own feedback to the same brief. Authorized operators can review all submitted feedback through the private Long Play Works Console.

Retention and your choices

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and meet our recordkeeping obligations. Hosting and security providers may retain technical logs under their own practices.

Expired sign-in challenges are removed after one day, expired or revoked sessions after 45 days, and inactive drafts after 90 days. Submitted feedback is kept while it supports the related project or until we establish and apply a durable decision-record policy.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. You can make a request through our contact form.

Products and other sites

Product collaboration may contain planning material about StudioFull and other Long Play Works products. This notice covers that area, but it does not replace the privacy policy for using any product itself. Links to outside sites are governed by those sites’ policies.

Children

This company website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through it. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information here.

Security, changes, and contact

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to this site, but no online service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice as the site changes and will revise the effective date above.
